How do I use Packwise to create a packing list?
Open the app and tap New Trip. Enter your destination, travel dates, and a few details about your trip (purpose, style, activities). Packwise pulls the weather forecast and generates a tailored packing list in seconds.
From there you can check items off as you pack, add or remove items, rename categories, and save templates to reuse for similar trips.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes, an account is required so your trips sync across devices and are safely backed up. You can sign in with Apple or Google — no password to remember.
Is Packwise free, and what does the subscription include?
Packwise is free to download and try. A subscription unlocks unlimited AI-generated lists, unlimited trips, advanced categories, and collaboration features for packing with travel companions.
Prices and trial availability are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play, not by Packwise directly. You can cancel at any time — you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
iOS (iPhone/iPad): Open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select Packwise → Cancel Subscription. Full instructions: support.apple.com/HT202039.
Android: Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Packwise → Cancel subscription. Full instructions: support.google.com/googleplay.
How do I get a refund?
Because purchases are processed by Apple or Google, refunds must be requested through them. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com for App Store purchases, or your Google Play order history for Play Store purchases.

What data does Packwise collect, and how is it used?
We collect only what's needed to make the app work: your account details (name, email), the trips and packing lists you create, and destination/weather data used to generate suggestions. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

How do I delete my account and data?
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email info@bitjust.ai from the address linked to your account and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
The app is crashing or a feature isn't working — what should I do?
Please try the following first: make sure you're on the latest version of Packwise from the App Store or Google Play, then restart the app. If the issue persists, email info@bitjust.ai with:
• Your device model and OS version
• The app version (shown in Settings → About)
• A short description of what you did and what went wrong
• A screenshot or screen recording, if possible
Can I use Packwise offline?
You can view and edit trips you've already generated without a connection. Generating a new AI-powered list or pulling the latest weather forecast requires an internet connection.
Which devices and languages does Packwise support?
Packwise runs on iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets that meet the minimum OS versions listed on the App Store and Google Play. The interface is available in multiple languages and will match your device's language automatically where supported.
